Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; (1: 2)
(۲) وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِینَ ﴿الصافات: ١٨٢﴾
And Praise to Allah, the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds. (37: 182)
(۳) فَقُطِعَ دَابِرُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِینَ ظَلَمُوا وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِینَ ﴿الأنعام: ٤٥﴾
Of the wrong-doers the last remnant was cut off. Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher of the worlds. (6: 45)
(۴) سُنَّةَ مَن قَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَکَ مِن رُّسُلِنَا وَلَا تَجِدُ لِسُنَّتِنَا تَحْوِیلًا ﴿الإسراء: ٧٧﴾
(This was Our) way with the messengers We sent before thee: thou wilt find no change in Our ways. (17: 77)
(۵) وَمَن جَاهَدَ فَإِنَّمَا یُجَاهِدُ لِنَفْسِهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَنِیٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِینَ ﴿العنکبوت: ٦﴾
And if any strive (with might and main), they do so for their own souls: for Allah is free of all needs from all creation. (29: 6)

(۱) یُرِیدُونَ لِیُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ کَرِهَ الْکَافِرُونَ ﴿الصف: ٨﴾
Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But Allah will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it). (61: 8)
(۲) یُرِیدُونَ أَن یُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَیَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلَّا أَن یُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ کَرِهَ الْکَافِرُونَ ﴿التوبة: ٣٢﴾
Fain would they extinguish Allah's light with their mouths, but Allah will not allow but that His light should be perfected, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it). (9: 32)
(۳) هُوَ الَّذِی یُصَلِّی عَلَیْکُمْ وَمَلَائِکَتُهُ لِیُخْرِجَکُم مِّنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَکَانَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِینَ رَحِیمًا ﴿الأحزاب: ٤٣﴾
He it is Who sends blessings on you, as do His angels, that He may bring you out from the depths of Darkness into Light: and He is Full of Mercy to the Believers. (33: 43)
(۴) هُوَ الَّذِی یُنَزِّلُ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ آیَاتٍ بَیِّنَاتٍ لِّیُخْرِجَکُم مِّنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِکُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِیمٌ ﴿الحدید: ٩﴾
He is the One Who sends to His Servant Manifest Signs, that He may lead you from the depths of Darkness into the Light and verily Allah is to you most kind and Merciful. (57: 9)
(۵) یَهْدِی بِهِ اللَّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَهُ سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ وَیُخْرِجُهُم مِّنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَیَهْدِیهِمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِیمٍ ﴿المائدة: ١٦﴾
Wherewith Allah guideth all who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace and safety, and leadeth them out of darkness, by His will, unto the light,- guideth them to a path that is straight. (5: 16)

On Thrones (of Dignity) will they command a sight (of all things): (83: 23)

(۶) عَلَى الْکَافِرِینَ غَیْرُ یَسِیرٍ ﴿المدثر: ١٠﴾
Far from easy for those without Faith. (74: 10)
(۷) عَلَىٰ قَلْبِکَ لِتَکُونَ مِنَ الْمُنذِرِینَ ﴿الشعراء: ١٩٤﴾
To thy heart and mind, that thou mayest admonish. (26: 194)
(۸) عَلَىٰ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَیْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِینَ ﴿المعارج: ٤١﴾
Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan). (70: 41)
(۹) عَلَىٰ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ أَمْثَالَکُمْ وَنُنشِئَکُمْ فِی مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿الواقعة: ٦١﴾
from changing your Forms and creating you (again) in (forms) that ye know not. (56: 61)
(۱۰) وَعَلَى اللَّهِ قَصْدُ السَّبِیلِ وَمِنْهَا جَائِرٌ وَلَوْ شَاءَ لَهَدَاکُمْ أَجْمَعِینَ ﴿النحل: ٩﴾
And unto Allah leads straight the Way, but there are ways that turn aside: if Allah had willed, He could have guided all of you. (16: 9)
(۱۱) وَعَلَى الَّذِینَ هَادُوا حَرَّمْنَا مَا قَصَصْنَا عَلَیْکَ مِن قَبْلُ وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَٰکِن کَانُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ یَظْلِمُونَ ﴿النحل: ١١٨﴾
To the Jews We prohibited such things as We have mentioned to thee before: We did them no wrong, but they were used to doing wrong to themselves. (16: 118)
(۱۲) لَعَلِّی أَعْمَلُ صَالِحًا فِیمَا تَرَکْتُ کَلَّا إِنَّهَا کَلِمَةٌ هُوَ قَائِلُهَا وَمِن وَرَائِهِم بَرْزَخٌ إِلَىٰ یَوْمِ یُبْعَثُونَ ﴿المؤمنون: ١٠٠﴾
"In order that I may work righteousness in the things I neglected." - "By no means! It is but a word he says."- Before them is a Partition till the Day they are raised up. (23: 100)
(۱۳) وَعَلَى الَّذِینَ هَادُوا حَرَّمْنَا کُلَّ ذِی ظُفُرٍ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ وَالْغَنَمِ حَرَّمْنَا عَلَیْهِمْ شُحُومَهُمَا إِلَّا مَا حَمَلَتْ ظُهُورُهُمَا أَوِ الْحَوَایَا أَوْ مَا اخْتَلَطَ بِعَظْمٍ ذَٰلِکَ جَزَیْنَاهُم بِبَغْیِهِمْ وَإِنَّا لَصَادِقُونَ ﴿الأنعام: ١٤٦﴾
For those who followed the Jewish Law, We forbade every (animal) with undivided hoof, and We forbade them that fat of the ox and the sheep, except what adheres to their backs or their entrails, or is mixed up with a bone: this in recompense for their wilful disobedience: for We are true (in Our ordinances). (6: 146)
(۱۴) وَعَلَى الثَّلَاثَةِ الَّذِینَ خُلِّفُوا حَتَّىٰ إِذَا ضَاقَتْ عَلَیْهِمُ الْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ وَضَاقَتْ عَلَیْهِمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَظَنُّوا أَن لَّا مَلْجَأَ مِنَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا إِلَیْهِ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَیْهِمْ لِیَتُوبُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِیمُ ﴿التوبة: ١١٨﴾
(He turned in mercy also) to the three who were left behind; (they felt guilty) to such a degree that the earth seemed constrained to them, for all its spaciousness, and their (very) souls seemed straitened to them,- and they perceived that there is no fleeing from Allah (and no refuge) but to Himself. Then He turned to them, that they might repent: for Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful. (9: 118)

ترجمه
(۱) قَالَ أَتَعْبُدُونَ مَا تَنْحِتُونَ ﴿الصافات: ٩٥﴾
He said: "Worship ye that which ye have (yourselves) carved? (37: 95)
(۲) قُلِ اللَّهَ أَعْبُدُ مُخْلِصًا لَّهُ دِینِی ﴿الزمر: ١٤﴾
Say: "It is Allah I serve, with my sincere (and exclusive) devotion: (39: 14)
(۳) قَالُوا نَعْبُدُ أَصْنَامًا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَاکِفِینَ ﴿الشعراء: ٧١﴾
They said: "We worship idols, and we remain constantly in attendance on them." (26: 71)
(۴) قَالَ إِنِّی عَبْدُ اللَّهِ آتَانِیَ الْکِتَابَ وَجَعَلَنِی نَبِیًّا ﴿مریم: ٣٠﴾
He said: "I am indeed a servant of Allah: He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet; (19: 30)
(۵) قَالَ أَفَتَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا یَنفَعُکُمْ شَیْئًا وَلَا یَضُرُّکُمْ ﴿الأنبیاء: ٦٦﴾
(Abraham) said, "Do ye then worship, besides Allah, things that can neither be of any good to you nor do you harm? (21: 66)
(۶) وَإِبْرَاهِیمَ إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَاتَّقُوهُ ذَٰلِکُمْ خَیْرٌ لَّکُمْ إِن کُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿العنکبوت: ١٦﴾
And (We also saved) Abraham: behold, he said to his people, "Serve Allah and fear Him: that will be best for you- If ye understand! (29: 16)
(۷) قُلْ أَتَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا یَمْلِکُ لَکُمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا نَفْعًا وَاللَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِیعُ الْعَلِیمُ ﴿المائدة: ٧٦﴾
Say: "Will ye worship, besides Allah, something which hath no power either to harm or benefit you? But Allah,- He it is that heareth and knoweth all things." (5: 76)
(۸) قَالُوا أَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللَّهَ وَحْدَهُ وَنَذَرَ مَا کَانَ یَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِن کُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِینَ ﴿الأعراف: ٧٠﴾
They said: "Comest thou to us, that we may worship Allah alone, and give up the cult of our fathers? bring us what thou threatenest us with, if so be that thou tellest the truth!" (7: 70)
(۹) وَقُل لِّعِبَادِی یَقُولُوا الَّتِی هِیَ أَحْسَنُ إِنَّ الشَّیْطَانَ یَنزَغُ بَیْنَهُمْ إِنَّ الشَّیْطَانَ کَانَ لِلْإِنسَانِ عَدُوًّا مُّبِینًا ﴿الإسراء: ٥٣﴾
Say to My servants that they should (only) say those things that are best: for Satan doth sow dissensions among them: For Satan is to man an avowed enemy. (17: 53)
(۱۰) یَعْمَلُونَ لَهُ مَا یَشَاءُ مِن مَّحَارِیبَ وَتَمَاثِیلَ وَجِفَانٍ کَالْجَوَابِ وَقُدُورٍ رَّاسِیَاتٍ اعْمَلُوا آلَ دَاوُودَ شُکْرًا وَقَلِیلٌ مِّنْ عِبَادِیَ الشَّکُورُ ﴿سبإ: ١٣﴾
They worked for him as he desired, (making) arches, images, basons as large as reservoirs, and (cooking) cauldrons fixed (in their places): "Work ye, sons of David, with thanks! but few of My servants are grateful!" (34: 13)
(۱۱) قُل لِّعِبَادِیَ الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا یُقِیمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَیُنفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِیَةً مِّن قَبْلِ أَن یَأْتِیَ یَوْمٌ لَّا بَیْعٌ فِیهِ وَلَا خِلَالٌ ﴿ابراهیم: ٣١﴾
Speak to my servants who have believed, that they may establish regular prayers, and spend (in charity) out of the sustenance we have given them, secretly and openly, before the coming of a Day in which there will be neither mutual bargaining nor befriending. (14: 31)
(۱۲) قُلْ یَا عِبَادِیَ الَّذِینَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ یَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِیعًا إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِیمُ ﴿الزمر: ٥٣﴾
Say: "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (39: 53)
(۱۳) قُلْ یَا عِبَادِ الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا رَبَّکُمْ لِلَّذِینَ أَحْسَنُوا فِی هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْیَا حَسَنَةٌ وَأَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَاسِعَةٌ إِنَّمَا یُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُم بِغَیْرِ حِسَابٍ ﴿الزمر: ١٠﴾
Say: "O ye my servants who believe! Fear your Lord, good is (the reward) for those who do good in this world. Spacious is Allah's earth! those who patiently persevere will truly receive a reward without measure!" (39: 10)
(۱۴) أَمْ کُنتُمْ شُهَدَاءَ إِذْ حَضَرَ یَعْقُوبَ الْمَوْتُ إِذْ قَالَ لِبَنِیهِ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن بَعْدِی قَالُوا نَعْبُدُ إِلَٰهَکَ وَإِلَٰهَ آبَائِکَ إِبْرَاهِیمَ وَإِسْمَاعِیلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ إِلَٰهًا وَاحِدًا وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ ﴿البقرة: ١٣٣﴾
Were ye witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold, he said to his sons: "What will ye worship after me?" They said: "We shall worship Thy god and the god of thy fathers, of Abraham, Isma'il and Isaac,- the one (True) Allah: To Him we bow (in Islam)." (2: 133)
